Cap Corse is really the only place in Corsica where people live from agriculture and fishing !

Experience some of Cap Corse most dramatic scenery sample the rugged interior and the coastal views! Until the end of the 19th century when Napoleon III ordered the rebuilt of the coach road, this long peninsula called the Cap Corse was cut from the rest of island. It became then one of the favourite destinations for its wonderful and very typical wild landscape.

During the excursion, passengers will discover a real mountain in the sea, with cut little bays & sea resorts, high perched villages made of green and grey stones.

Cap Corse is really the only place in Corsica where people live from agriculture and fishing !

Saint Florent is a small fishing village overlooked by a 15th century Citadel and a very reknowed spot for luxury yachting in a region called Nebbio, taking its name from the thick mist which sweeps over the region. It is also for centuries, one of the most fertile lands of Corsica.

Formerly called Conca d’oro, the Golden shell, it is now reputed for the very nice wines of Patrimonio. Naturally, it is impossible to be in the finest wine-producing region of the island and not having a wine-tasting session !

The coast of Cap Corse is characterized by its Genoese towers, such as that of Miomo, a legacy of a centuries-old past and offers a wonderful view of the islands of the Tuscan archipelago (Elba, Capraia, Monte Cristo). With this electric bike tour, you take the time to contemplate the view with a real feeling of freedom.

The excursion starts from the port and reaches the village of Miomo, 5 kilometers north of Bastia, where the Cap Corse begins. You go around the “corniche”, the panoramic road above Miomo, where you will have a breathtaking view over the Toscan archipelago : Elba, Capraia and Monte Cristo islands and by clear weather, until the italian coasts.

Corsica is reknowned for its gastronomy so a local tasting will be provided so you can taste the flavors of the island before heading back to Bastia by e-bike.

Discover the wild coast of Cap Corse by canoe !

Discover the wild coast of Cap Corse by canoe, from the fishing village of Erbalonga, almost cut into the rock, to the Genoese tower of Miomo. The excursion starts from the beach of Erbalonga, located 10 kilometers from Bastia, a village to visit before leaving by canoe. Erbalonga is situated in the region of Cap Corse (“the finger”) which coast is characterized by its “Genoese towers” and its clear waters along a very preserved coast you will go along.

Pass along Lavasina, famous in Corsica for its pilgrimage every September, to arrive at the village of Miomo, 5 kilometers south for a pause where a Corsican « spuntinu », a light local tasting will be provided before heading back to Erbalonga by canoe. (Round trip Erbalonga/Miomo by canoe 1h30)

Museum of history of the city

Since 2004, the Museum of History of Bastia is nestled in the Palace of the Genoese Governors, built around 1380, The permanent exhibition has three main themes: town planning, political, social and economic influence of the town and its rich intellectual and artistic heritage.

This is also the most beautiful point of view on Bastia. From the terraced gardens, the circular panorama is gorgeous : burning gray roofs under the sun, the majestic St Jean Baptiste church, the Old Port, the Port of Commerce, the Quays, blue sea and green hills… a total enchantment and more!

The Museum tour includes a local tasting inside the Citadel. A must see for culture and history lovers!

It can be added to a 2 hours classic walking tour for a half day excursion.
